Goodbye insomnia?
I may be jumping to conclusions, but about 10 days ago I started limiting myself to one cup of diluted coffee in the morning. 1/2 regular coffee and 1/2 hot water. And for the last 5 nights or so I've slept thru the night or nearly so. But no waking at 2 or 3 am wide awake. I read that caffeine can stay with you for 16 hours. I hope this is the answer.

I actually found that giving up the booze and eating better did it for me. Now I am back and sugar and booze - hello sleepless nights!
ReplyDeleteI think you both are on the right track. When I don't drink and exercise, I sleep much better, despite my awful coffee habit. But I think I will try cutting way back on the coffee, and seeing if it helps even more.
ReplyDeleteI have been so good with diet and exercise and booze, didn't seem to help.Started taking Iodine again about 5 days ago, that could be a correlation.
