I am trying to fol...That sounds like a great plan. I am trying to follow Fuhrman as closely as possible for both the health benefits (primary) and the weight loss which I sincerely hope will follow. I had to make a few minor adjustments at breakfast and lunch but basically followed the day 1 recipes. I will have the pizza for dinner with salad (going to be VERY sick of salad...). But hope it will be worth it. Let's post daily on what was eaten to help stay on track. The hardest part will be not eating between meals. Snacks keep me going in the long afternoon hours.
